OUR STORY
NL Fireproofing was founded in Dhaka to close a gap the industry had learned to live with: structures engineered to code, then finished without the passive systems the code assumes. We are a specialist contractor — fireproofing, firestopping and specialty fire protection are all we do.
Our clients are developers, general contractors and safety engineers who need more than an applicator: documented systems, tested assemblies and paperwork that survives inspection. Three years in, that discipline has carried us through 40+ projects across high-rise, industrial, hospitality and healthcare construction.

Certified applicators spray cementitious fireproofing directly onto structural steel, working the coating up each column to the thickness the tested design calls for. What starts as bare steel leaves site as a rated, monolithic envelope.
